Position Description: Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory is looking for outstanding candidates to fill postdoctoral positions in theoretical neuroscience. The position is open under specific projects as well as general research involving the application of methods from theoretical physics, mathematics, and machine learning with the goal to understand the brain function.

Position Requirements: Applicants are expected to have a PhD in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline.

Ideal candidates from the biological sciences should have experience with scientific programming. Ideal candidates from the physical/mathematical sciences should have prior exposure to research in the biological sciences.

The salary range or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
