Job Summary: The Exec Director-Enrollment Management provides strategic leadership in assessing and advancing the University's enrollment management function. The Executive Director conducts a comprehensive evaluation of enrollment strategies, organizational structures, business processes, and operational outcomes related to recruitment, admissions, outreach, and student enrollment activities. Through collaboration with University leadership, faculty, and key stakeholders, the Executive Director analyzes enrollment data, market trends, competitive positioning, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improved effectiveness, efficiency, and enrollment outcomes. The Executive Director develops and leads implementation of strategic recommendations designed to strengthen enrollment performance, improve organizational alignment, enhance the prospective student experience, and support sustainable institutional growth. Particular emphasis is placed on evaluating and optimizing the enrollment management model, strengthening graduate enrollment efforts, and establishing an integrated framework that promotes accountability, data-informed decision making, and alignment with the University's mission and strategic priorities. As a trusted advisor and change leader, the Executive Director guides organizational transformation efforts and supports the successful execution of enrollment management initiatives across the institution. Performs other duties as needed. Licensures and Certifications: Professional training or certification in strategic planning, change management, process improvement, organizational effectiveness, or project management preferred.
