Job Description

We are looking for a strategic thinker to help us create and manage fresh and compelling web content. This is an exciting opportunity for a content strategist or digital copywriter looking to grow as part of a fun and motivated team.

In addition to managing websites, you will also produce other digital assets such as newsletters. Experience with newsletters and website content management is preferred. Strong copywriting skills are highly valued in this role. WordPress Wix, or other content management site experience is needed. If you have an interest in learning more about social media content or making updates to using adobe software, you may have an opportunity to learn those areas in this role.

You will work in an energetic, highly collaborative environment. We share victories and lessons learned and we ask questions that make the whole team better. Bring a willingness to learn, patience and a sense of humor. We'll supply the rest.

Essential Functions

  • Perform benchmarking reports related to but not limited to websites, social media strategy and Google analytics.
  • Assist with the development of website strategy, write web copy and publish once approved.
  • Update WordPress sites.
  • Serve as project manager to coordinate website projects with the website team.
  • Maintain digital accessibility across websites, including running audits and suggesting updates
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with internal clients, supervisor and team members.
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Propose information architecture and create new webpages for new websites.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with graphic design and production of marketing materials for print and digital.
  • Experience in working with ClickUp software.
  • Experience in excel pivot tables and data reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to team members, leadership (up), and clients (across).
  • Ability to use data to inform decisions and improve processes.
  • Experience managing projects, assigning tasks, and aligning team members who are not direct reports.
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to look at overall processes and offer suggestions to improve efficiency.
  • Ability to understand mission and goals to propose creative solutions to strategists, assistant director, or director to meet deadlines.
Anticipated Hiring Range

Anticipated Hiring Range: $47,000 - $56,000 per year
