Our laboratory investigates the molecular mechanisms that regulate anti-tumor immune responses in prostate cancer, with a particular focus on understanding how hormones influence antigen presentation and T cell responses throughout prostate cancer progression. The position will involve a combination of molecular biology techniques and work with mouse models of prostate cancer. The successful candidate will have opportunities to contribute to scientific publications and present research findings at national conferences. Job Responsibilities: Primary tasks include mouse handling skills such as tumor injection, oral gavage, tumor measurement, and tumor dissection. Additional responsibilities will include performing experiments utilizing western blot analysis, RNA isolation, PCR, tissue culture, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry. General duties will include participation in basic lab support activities, organization, and weekly group meetings. Required Qualifications:
