ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Maintains deposit rates per Pricing Committee
  • Assist with developing new deposit products as determined by the Bank's Pricing Committee and senior management.
  • Develops deposit operations procedures to ensure audit, risk, customer service and efficiency goals are met.
  • Manages relevant portions of deposit, card, ATM and digital banking conversions & implementations and assists with related training.
  • Assign duties to deposit operations personnel to ensure efficient operation of branch banking
  • Act as a liaison with branches, departments & senior management to resolve operational or service related issues.
  • Ensure quality client service, operational integrity and regulatory
  • Troubleshoot all aspects of deposit work arising from the retail branches and other banking
  • Oversees the accurate, timely & secure processing of wire
  • Manages the creation and implementation of electronic banking policies and procedures
  • Develop policy and procedures for, and maintains current status of, Bank's deposit account/CIF programs, OD/NSF programs and electronic banking
  • Has administrative authority & support role as approved in various deposit related
  • Ensures timely and accurate departmental response to both internal and external customer inquiries and service requests, including tracking volumes, service times.
  • Provides support and guidance to retail staff and senior management in resolution of customer related issues, involving other banking areas as well as legal counsel & law enforcement when appropriate; Manages customer issues when appropriate.
  • Updates applicable systems/records
  • Has Official Check & Wire Transfer authority per Board Authorities and Deposit Rate negotiation authority per Pricing Committee directive.
  • Oversees processing of subpoenas, tax levies, garnishments and other legal processes against customer records/accounts in a timely and legally compliant manner.
  • Provide assistance to the BSA Officer to insure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and governmental regulations dealing with anti-terrorism, money laundering, and Bank
  • Support & collaborate with the Bank's Security department in deposit and customer related fraud and criminal matters.
  • Manages the Bank's consumer and business debit card
  • Manages the Bank's ATM network affiliations including branding and network membership.
  • Provides management of the Bank's Consumer and Business (non-Treasury) online banking
  • Provides management of the Bank's Consumer and Business mobile banking remote deposit capture
  • Complete all mandatory and elective training, including BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and Anti-Money Laundering procedures. Maintain compliance with all appropriate rules and regulations.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:



    • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Business/Banking or equivalent preferred
    • Minimum three (3) years business experience including, but not limited to sales, sales mentoring, hiring, motivating, and managing a sales staff
