Your Role: Hands-On, Impactful, and Fast-Paced As a Hazardous Materials Project Manager in Nashville, TN you'll take a hands-on role in delivering environmental projects, including Phase I and Phase II ESAs, hazardous building materials assessments, brownfield redevelopment, and regulatory compliance services. You'll guide projects from planning and fieldwork through technical reporting and completion, while providing direction and mentorship to junior team members. Your work will span both field and office environments, giving you the opportunity to support environmental due diligence, site investigations, industrial and commercial development, brownfield projects, and remediation efforts. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and real-world problem solving to help clients successfully navigate complex environmental challenges. What You'll Do:
