Your Impact & Key Responsibilities

• Lead the charge in data-oriented analysis, architecting core operational metrics, and synthesizing complex datasets to present actionable insights and recommendations that influence cross-functional leadership.
• Tackle intricate business challenges within platform integrity and user safety, focusing on robust risk-based analysis, optimizing appeals processes, and driving efficiency improvements across global content operations.
• Design and implement intuitive self-service data tools, interactive dashboards, and comprehensive reporting mechanisms, empowering engineering, workflow owners, and operations leads with real-time data for rapid decision-making.
• Serve as a go-to expert for ad-hoc business questions from cross-functional partners, providing rigorous statistical support, in-depth technical analysis, and executive-ready presentations for senior leaders.
• Collaborate directly with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams to forge alignment on strategic objectives and success metrics, fostering innovative and collaborative solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive professional experience in business analytics, data science, or product analytics roles.
• Demonstrated undergraduate-level statistical rigor or equivalent applied experience, including a strong grasp of distributions, confidence intervals, and hypothesis testing.
• Moderate to advanced SQL querying skills, proven in robust data extraction, manipulation, and in-depth analysis.
• Extensive experience with business operations, risk analysis, or process optimization, particularly within high-volume technology environments.
• Proven comfort navigating complex, ambiguous data landscapes and consistently delivering reliable, high-quality findings with minimal oversight.
• Strong data visualization proficiency (e.g., Looker) and a track record of building clean, effective self-service reporting tools.
• Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data narratives into concise, structured presentations for leadership.
• High degree of autonomy and adaptability, capable of managing diverse stakeholder requests effectively in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in platform integrity or risk management within a major technology company.
