Unleash Your Design Impact as a UI Designer

Are you a highly skilled UI Designer ready to make a significant impact on a high-visibility, AI-powered enterprise web application? This is an incredible opportunity to join a rapidly growing team, where your expertise will directly shape the user experience for complex internal workflows. You'll be instrumental in translating intricate business logic into intuitive, data-dense interfaces, directly contributing to the operational success of a forward-thinking organization. If you thrive on hands-on execution, solving complex problems, and delivering exceptional UI in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

What You'll Do

  • Produce high-fidelity UI designs and maintain design systems and components in Figma for a complex, desktop-focused web platform.
  • Quickly grasp intricate, non-design business logic and translate technical workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interface designs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Designer to scale design production, execute interface updates, and ensure design consistency across expanding features.
  • Build functional prototypes to effectively communicate interactive concepts, user flows, and complex data interactions.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure visual hierarchy, technical feasibility, and seamless implementation via Figma Dev Mode.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently from stakeholders and user testing while adapting to evolving project priorities.

What You'll Bring (Must-Have Qualifications)

  • Exceptional proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, component libraries, design systems, and developer handoff.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing complex, data-heavy desktop applications, B2B platforms, or internal enterprise tools (rather than marketing websites or brand campaigns).
  • Proven ability to absorb non-technical or business-heavy concepts and translate them into clear, visual solutions.
  • Experience with standard prototyping workflows (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, execute UI work rapidly under tight deadlines, and maintain strict attention to detail.

Preferred Skills & Characteristics (Nice-to-Have)

  • Direct experience or interest in AI-assisted prototyping tools (e.g., Claude).
  • Background in healthcare, financial services, or other highly regulated enterprise environments.
  • A hands-on execution mindset, thriving in a role focused heavily on UI execution, component creation, and visual production.
  • A pragmatic problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity and able to decipher complex operational workflows without needing hyper-detailed visual specs upfront.
  • Adaptable and speed-oriented, able to "put on headphones and bang out UI" with high accuracy in a fast-moving, agile product team.
