We're Hiring: Organizational Development and Learning Coordinator

Location: Bancroft Employee Center in Moorestown, NJ
Employment Type: Full-Time

The Organizational Development and Learning Coordinator supports the successful delivery of training and education programs by handling the administrative, logistical, and tracking functions required for effective learning operations. This role ensures training activities are well-organized, properly documented, and aligned with internal protocols and external regulatory requirements. In addition to coordinating behind-the-scenes activities, the Coordinator may serve as a backup facilitator, supporting training delivery when needed to ensure continuity and coverage.

Salary Range: $21/hr- $25/hr.



Responsibilities

    Schedules new and ongoing employee training sessions in coordination with the training calendar and instructional staff.
  • Prepares training materials (e.g., participant guides, sign-in sheets, certificates, etc.) and ensures learning spaces are set up and ready for use.
  • Manages new hire onboarding and terminations in the CDS learning management system by creating and deactivating user accounts, and assigning required onboarding modules in coordination with orientation schedules
  • Tracks attendance and training completion using internal systems (e.g., HRMS/LMS), following up as needed to support compliance with regulatory training requirements.
  • Scans and uploads training records into employee files or learning systems; ensures all records are accurate and up to date
  • Handles logistics for in-person and virtual sessions, including meeting invites, room reservations, equipment setup, and distributing materials.
  • Monitors employee training completion reports and follows up with program leaders to support adherence to deadlines and requirements.
  • Coordinates monthly recertification training assignments and communications; supports operational logistics including attendance tracking, material preparation, classroom setup, and related administrative tasks to ensure successful recertification sessions.
  • Maintains and updates learning management system assessments, tests, and curriculums to ensure content accuracy and compliance with current requirements.
  • Supports audit, inspection, and licensing processes by preparing and providing training documentation, attending file reviews, and conducting internal audits as needed.
  • Serves as a backup to Training Specialists by delivering occasional training sessions or assisting in the classroom when needed.
  • Supports special projects, pilots, and process improvement initiatives related to learning operations.
  • Maintains confidentiality of training records and employee data.
  • Manages annual medication practicum documentation and all new employee initial medication practicum documentation by tracking completion and indexing for organizational compliance.
  • Projects a positive, customer-oriented image and represents the Organizational Development and Learning team in a professional manner.
  • Manages shared departmental inboxes to triage and respond to incoming training requests and inquiries promptly.Responds to inquiries regarding training schedules, requirements, and logistics via email, phone, or ticketing systems.
  • All other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma of GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in Human Services or a direct care program as mandated by N.J. State training/education standards required. Successful completion of training certifications from a lead N.J. State agency preferred. American Red Cross standard training; i.e., First Aid, CPR, etc.,required within the first 90 days.

Special Skills

Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required. Knowledge of training/education methods, techniques, and approaches required. Effective facilitation and presentation skills required. Effective organization, prioritization, and time management skills are also required. Operative knowledge of an human resources management or similar system for data maintenance, report generation, etc., also preferred. Valid driver's license required in incumbent's legal name and current address with no provisional restrictions. Minimum 18 years of age required.
