All about the role:

As the Digital Manager, Supply Chain & Manufacturing you will lead the digital transformation strategy across manufacturing and supply chain operations, enabling data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies. You will serve as a strategic bridge between Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, and Business Leadership, driving the implementation of advanced digital solutions that improve productivity, quality, service levels, asset utilization, and cost performance.

This role combines expertise in manufacturing systems, data analytics, process optimization, AI-enabled solutions, and organizational leadership. You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering digital capabilities that enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility and manufacturing performance across multiple product lines including Refrigeration, Cooking, Dishwashers, Washers, and Dryers.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute the digital transformation roadmap for Supply Chain and Manufacturing, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives across planning, warehousing, logistics, production, maintenance, and quality functions.
  • Drive adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and automation to improve operational performance.
  • Establish a data-driven culture through KPI development, dashboards, predictive analytics, and actionable business insights.
  • Lead process mining and continuous improvement efforts to identify inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and integrate Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Develop and scale AI-enabled solutions for predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, production scheduling, quality management, and supply chain optimization.
  • Oversee manufacturing and supply chain systems, including MES, WMS, and OEE platforms, ensuring effective integration, governance, and performance.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams while partnering across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and IT to drive digital transformation and change adoption.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing with strong understanding of production processes for multi-product lines.
  • Experience with digital manufacturing systems (OEE, MES, CMMS, ERP) and production data analytics to drive operational improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies across diverse manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, and data-driven solutions to optimize manufacturing performance and decision-making.
