Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm or 2nd Shift Sunday-Thursday 3:30pm-12:00am

We are seeking dependable and safety-minded Reach Truck Drivers to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently moving and organizing inventory throughout the facility while safely operating reach trucks

Job Duties

• Safely operate reach trucks to move products and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pull, transport, stage, and put away products accurately and efficiently.
• Operate reach trucks to place and retrieve product from designated rack locations.
• Load and unload materials as directed.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including proper equipment operation and pedestrian awareness.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding inventory, product movement, and operational needs.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and safety expectations.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements

• Experience operating reach trucks or similar powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to safely move, stack, retrieve, and organize palletized inventory.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
• Ability to accurately identify products, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.
• Must be able to use operate Reach.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, occasional weekends.
• Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions well.
• High attention to detail required.
• Must have the ability to work well with others with little supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating reach trucks in distribution centers or warehouse environments is preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating additional powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, dependability, and strong teamwork are well positioned for success as a Reach Truck Operator.
• 6 months - 1-year previous Reach experience preferred.
• Experience using a RF scan gun

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 10 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time up to hours or more
• Must be able to lift lbs unassisted
