Job Title: Project Manager - Healthcare IT (Revenue Cycle) Project Duration: 12 months Location : 100% Remote Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex technology initiatives within a healthcare environment. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and issues while ensuring successful delivery of Revenue Cycle-related projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on project manager with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills who can drive projects forward and align teams toward common goals. Key Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate all phases of project execution from initiation through completion. * Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, timelines, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). * Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget. * Track, manage, and forecast project financials. * Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership. * Identify, document, and escalate project risks and issues as needed to maintain project objectives. * Manage project scope, resources, budget, and timelines while ensuring adherence to organizational standards. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and managed service partners. * Facilitate virtual project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder discussions. * Drive accountability across project teams and promote timely resolution of obstacles. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required; degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred. * Proven experience as a Healthcare IT Project Manager. * Hands-on project management experience leading technology implementations and enhancements. * Demonstrated experience managing Revenue Cycle projects within a healthcare environment. * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. * Experience managing project budgets, schedules, financial forecasting, risks, and resources. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * General understanding of computer hardware and software systems. Preferred Qualifications * PMP (Project Management Professional) or other PMI certification strongly preferred. * Experience with ServiceNow. * Experience with Epic and/or Oracle Cerner healthcare platforms. * Experience working with healthcare operations, clinical, and business stakeholders. | |
