The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At WGU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. In this role, you'll serve as a key partner in the administration and continuous improvement of our HR technology environment, with a strong focus on Workday. You'll configure and support Workday modules, maintain system security and integrations, support releases and enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions that are simple, efficient, and scalable. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams. You enjoy understanding how systems and processes work, solving problems, and finding ways to make technology work better for the people who rely on it. *This is an in-office position designated to work from our Salt Lake City headquarters. Travel This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including attendance at designated WGU summits, typically one to two times per year. Additional travel may include conferences, visits to WGU locations, and other business-related events as needed.
