THE ROLE: AMD is seeking a Sr. HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team in Austin. In this role, you will combine HR consulting, program management, and data analytics to support HR Business Partners and business leaders across multiple organizations. You will play a key role in delivering strategic HR programs, generating workforce insights, and driving operational excellence across talent, performance, rewards, and engagement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights, improve HR processes, and help execute enterprise-wide people programs that support AMD's continued growth and innovation. THE PERSON: You are an analytical and consultative HR professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges through data, collaboration, and strategic thinking. You will consult and assist with the administration of HR programs such as performance management, compensation planning, talent planning, and employee relations matters while identifying areas for process improvement.You are expected to translate data into meaningful insights, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in situations that require influence, adaptability, strong judgment, and attention to detail. You are equally comfortable supporting operational HR activities, leading projects, and identifying opportunities to improve processes, programs, and employee experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
