Launch Manager Apply Online Launch Manager, Public Safety Location: Troy, Michigan About the RoleTyler Technologies is seeking a Product Launch Manager to support the successful introduction of major products, capabilities, and features across our Public Safety portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Support, and Operations and is responsible for ensuring the organization is ready to successfully take new capabilities to market. A successful launch is more than releasing software. Our sales teams need to understand what we are selling and why it matters. Our implementation and support teams need to be prepared to deliver and support it. Our customers need a clear understanding of the value. And our internal teams need alignment on packaging, processes, timing, dependencies, and ownership. The Product Launch Manager will bring those pieces together. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who is exceptionally organized, comfortable operating across organizational boundaries, and willing to drive work forward when there is no obvious single owner. We are looking for someone who identifies gaps early, creates clarity, establishes accountability, and relentlessly works toward organizational readiness. What You'll Do Own Launch ReadinessLead cross-functional readiness for major product launches, new modules, significant features, SaaS capabilities, and other strategic releases across Tyler's Public Safety product portfolio. Coordinate with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, launch communications, collateral, demonstrations, and market-facing materials. Partner with Implementation, Support, Training, Customer Success, and operational leaders to ensure downstream teams are prepared before customer adoption begins. Bring unresolved cross-functional issues to the right decision-makers and drive them toward resolution.
