Summary:

This Project Coordinator position is a part of UNC Health Access Center's Business Development and Onboarding team. This position spends roughly 50% of time working on managing clinic onboarding projects, and 50% of time working on managing employee onboarding for UNC Health Access Center.

This role is responsible for organizing and completing Primary Care and Specialty Care clinic onboarding project tasks and activities, under the direction of an Operational Project Manager and Director.

This role will support the new hire onboarding process by managing communications with a hiring manager and talent acquisition recruiter, scheduling interviews, and supporting the hiring manager in key onboarding tasks. The Project Coordinator will also manage and update current state reporting for active employees and active clinics within the Access Center.

The majority of this role is remote, with the option to be in office at Parkline. Expected to be onsite for clinic Go-Lives if needed occasionally throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

1. Assists Project Manager in developing a comprehensive workflow process for projects. Reviews project proposal and deliverables with Project Management and other related departments that will be involved to determine proper lead time.

2. Maintains communication with project members to assure timely and efficient completion of jobs, proper communication of issues, and proper documentation of the entire process.

3. Monitors and modifies project schedule as assigned. Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communication. Assists project team and team lead in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes.

4. As project lead, prepares and edits project-related presentations and charts. Coordinates meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports. Maintains Project Managers calendars.

5. Schedules project follow up meetings as needed. Develops and publishes communications to project shareholders. Develops and reviews project status and reports.

Education Requirements:
* Associate's degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
* No licensure or certification required.
Professional Experience Requirements:
* If Bachelors, 1 year of administrative/office support or 6 months of project related support.
* If an Associates degree, three (3) years of experience providing project-related support.
* If a high school diploma/GED, seven (7) years of experience providing project-related support.
