• Thursdays | 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic math skills required for counting and verifying product quantities.

Experience Requirements

• 1+ years of previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, packaging, or machine operator experience.
• Experience inspecting products for quality defects in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to accurately count, sort, pack, and label products according to specifications.
• Experience following safety, quality, and production standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• English communication skills are a plus and overtime flexibility is preferred.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for up to 85% of the workday.
• Frequent reaching and repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 32 pounds.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE, including gloves, hairnets, and company-issued uniforms.

Job Duties

• Pick, inspect, count, and pack plastic parts on an assigned thermoforming production line.
• Verify product quality, bag counted parts, and place finished goods into the correct packaging containers.
• Seal and prepare boxes to ensure products are protected during storage and shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor product quality, report defects immediately, and assist in maintaining production and quality standards.
