Summary of the Job:

The Wealth Management Associate is an integral part of the team that provides exceptional client service and support for the Wealth Management team. This role is responsible for completing day to day and regularly occurring activities for leaders and team members. This role will utilize existing procedures and knowledge in their area of expertise to solve standard problems and bring solutions forward. Outstanding customer service including excellent verbal and nonverbal skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects is essential. This role may be required to rotate and provide coverage among a team of Associates to ensure exceptional service to our Wealth team and customers.

About This Role:

Client Support

* Promote a client-focused culture by creating an experience that builds loyalty and improves business results for FNBO Wealth Management walk-in clients. Return messages and interact with clients over the phone.

* Provide comprehensive support to Wealth team members, including mail processing and coordination of on-site needs.

* Perform administrative and operational tasks for Wealth Management teams in accordance with established FNBO policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations. This includes client service requests ranging from onboarding through ongoing maintenance and account closing processes.

* Work effectively with peers, subject matter experts, and other bank employees to promote employee engagement.

* Support internal communications and assist with external communications as requested for Wealth Management.

* Manage Wealth internal SharePoint sites, including publishing, updating, and reformatting materials. Review and distribute communications to Wealth employees.

* Apply general knowledge of the business developed through education and/or previous experience.

* Support client fulfillment activities, including gifts, tickets, holiday cards, and other client communications.

* Create documents for the team, including reports, presentations, meeting agendas, account paperwork, and client letters.

* Organize and execute internal documents and reports, including scanning, assigning, and completing quality control of documents.

* Serve as a Salesforce user and advocate for current and future sales enablement activities, including running reports and assisting with Holiday Gifts, Cards, and Market Outlook distribution and tracking.

* Maintain knowledge of the products and services FNBO offers.

Client Communication

* Provide excellent verbal, phone, email, and written communication to promote a client-focused culture.

* Exhibit professional behavior and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external clients.

* Assist with organizing client meetings, including invitations, compiling materials, creating agendas, and coordinating other meeting details.

* Ensure requests are met and tasks are completed in a professional, timely, seamless, and confidential manner.

* Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.


Event Planning & Coordination

* Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external Wealth Management events, including client appreciation events, business partner events, employee events, town halls, and other Wealth-related programs.

* Manage event logistics from planning through execution, including invitations, attendee tracking, venue and vendor coordination, materials, catering, promotional items, and day-of-event support.

* Partner with Wealth Management leaders and internal teams to ensure events are well-organized, professional, and aligned with the desired client and employee experience.

* Assist with developing event communications, presentations, agendas, and supporting materials.

* Gather and review feedback following events and provide recommendations to improve future programs and experiences.

* Coordinate client and employee recognition initiatives, including gifts, holiday programs, and other special events.


Wealth Management Support and Coordination

* Work closely with Wealth Management teams to complete assigned project work thoroughly, accurately, and efficiently.

* Facilitate planning sessions and provide input and recommendations for Wealth events.

* Create and present materials on behalf of Wealth for use by Wealth Leadership.

* Partner with the Internal Communications liaison to support communication needs within Wealth.

* Plan and coordinate logistical support for recurring and new Wealth events.

* Plan and coordinate internal events and gifts, including town halls, internal and external business partner events, and client appreciation events. Responsibilities include attendance planning, event execution, and providing recommendations on materials and topics based on feedback, surveys, and leadership guidance.

* Manage office spaces to provide a consistent experience across Wealth teams.

* Maintain communication with employees regarding processes, procedures, updates, events, and general employee resources.

* Assist in preparing invoices for payment.

* Assist with Staples Promotional Products for custom or branded orders and Ariba orders for Wealth teams.

* Coordinate and centrally track employee access to systems and tools and assist with new-hire system setup. This may include scheduling photoshoots, coordinating website updates, managing email distribution groups and business cards, and providing ongoing maintenance.

* Understand and comply with bank policies, laws, regulations, and the Bank's BSA/AML Program as applicable to job duties.

* Complete required compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls.

* Report known violations of compliance policies, laws, or regulations.

* Report suspicious customer and/or account activity.

* Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships.

* Maintain regular and predictable attendance in alignment with departmental and divisional policy

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:


  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent orientation to detail.
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office, Forms, Excel (pivots, macros), Word and Power Point experience
  • Ability to deliver clear, articulate and concise messages, both verbally and written
  • Demonstrated proficiency in writing and able to develop presentations, documents and standard reports that are clear and understood.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems, research underlying contributing factors and evaluate appropriate solutions with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to identify areas where efficiency and process improvement are needed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively within a team environment.
  • Ability to listen attentively to client needs to best deliver a comprehensive solution.
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional ability to multitask and manage ever-changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Must be able to manage tasks within responsibilities without oversight - ability to know when to escalate and prioritize based on need.
  • Ability to take direction and learn new skills/applications.

Desired:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the Banking, Wealth or Financial Industry
  • Previous experience in a support role
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $47,613.00-$78,560.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
