Job Summary The Senior HRIT Analyst supports the administration, configuration, security, reporting, and ongoing optimization of HR technology platforms, with a primary focus on Workday. This role partners with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues, maintain data integrity, support system enhancements, and improve HR processes through effective use of technology. The Senior HRIT Analyst serves as a key liaison between functional HR teams and technical resources to ensure HR systems operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business needs. Work Environment Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
