Product Solutions Analyst

About the Role

The Product Solutions Analyst partners with customers to implement, configure, and optimize solutions using Elements XS, Accela's GIS-centric asset management platform. As part of the Professional Services team, this role works directly with clients to understand business requirements, configure solutions, develop workflows and reports, and support successful adoption of the platform.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver with strong analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an interest in leveraging technology to solve business challenges.

Specific Responsibilities

• Configure and support Elements XS and Connect solutions based on customer requirements.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable system configurations.
• Develop workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards using platform tools.
• Assist with solution implementation, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Maintain and enhance existing customer environments and integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers on solution utilization.
• Support project delivery activities, including documentation, requirements gathering, and status updates.
• Assist with troubleshooting and escalated customer support requests.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Product, and Support teams to drive successful customer outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, business systems analysis, GIS solutions, technical consulting, or a related field.
• Experience gathering business requirements and supporting customer-facing technology solutions.
• Working knowledge of GIS concepts and geospatial applications.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, workflows, or business process solutions.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with HTML and web-based applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Esri GIS technology.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, workflow automation, or application integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, or IIS.
• Knowledge of utility, municipal government, or asset management environments.
• Experience supporting software implementation or customer success engagements.
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed.

COMPENSATION AND WELL-BEING
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-$100,000 (less applicable taxes). The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience. In addition to an annual base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus target. This is a discretionary bonus awarded based on company and individual goal achievement.
