Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead engineering activities associated with complex manufacturing processes and product execution. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and enabling functions to ensure technical alignment, operational effectiveness, and successful delivery of customized solutions that meet customer needs.

This role is reserved for highly experienced engineering professionals and may require alignment with Chief Engineering governance frameworks depending on organizational requirements.

• Leading engineering activities related to manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment between design intent and production execution.
• Managing complex manufacturing environments with customized solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams (Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, Supply Chain, and Operations) to ensure technical and organizational alignment.
• Defining and implementing approaches for complex production and engineering challenges.
• Leading a mediumsized manufacturing or engineering organization with accountability for performance and budget (typically exceeding $5 million).
• Supporting strategic discussions regarding future business direction, capabilities, and operational improvements.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes, quality, and productivity.
• Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Principal Manufacturing Engineer or equivalent senior engineering role.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering systems, and production operations.
• Be capable of managing complex engineering challenges and delivering effective, scalable solutions.
• Have the ability to operate in a crossfunctional and global matrix organization.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities with experience managing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
• Proven ability to lead programs, projects, and crossfunctional initiatives.
• Ability to document, plan, execute, and monitor engineering and operational programs.
• Established project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

This is a sitebased leadership role requiring close collaboration across engineering and manufacturing teams. Work schedules may vary depending on operational and production requirements.
