In this role, you'll work closely with engineers to perform experiments, operate processing equipment, collect and analyze data, and support the development of next-generation semiconductor technologies. APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Perform technical tests and experiments in support of process engineering and R&D initiatives. Set up, operate, and monitor semiconductor processing equipment. Execute process test runs and collect experimental data for engineering evaluation. Prepare records, charts, reports, and documentation related to process performance and test results. Support process development activities and assist engineers in evaluating new products and technologies. Monitor equipment operation and provide guidance regarding process execution and best practices. Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues to support laboratory operations. Assist with yield improvement, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, observations, and results. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Associate Degree, Technical Certification, or equivalent technical experience in Semiconductor Technology, Engineering Technology, Electronics, Mechanical Technology, Chemistry, or a related field. 2+ years of experience working in semiconductor manufacturing, laboratory operations, process engineering support, or a technical production environment. 2+ years of experience operating manufacturing, laboratory, or semiconductor processing equipment. 2+ years of experience collecting, documenting, and analyzing process or experimental data. 1+ year of experience supporting engineering experiments, process development, or R&D activities. What Sets You Apart: Experience supporting semiconductor R&D or advanced process development programs. Hands-on experience troubleshooting manufacturing or process equipment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and urgent technical issues. Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with engineers and technicians. Experience working in high-volume manufacturing, laboratory, or cleanroom environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn new processes and technologies. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical teams. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong hands-on mechanical and technical aptitude. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy. Proficiency with basic computer applications and technical documentation. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check. Shift: Regular Swing Shift, Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM PST.
