APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Install, configure, operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and relocate audio/visual equipment, including projectors, mixers, microphones, and speakers. Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 on-site and remote support for A/V equipment, multifunction printers, scanners, desktops, laptops, phones, and handheld devices. Support board meetings, corporate events, public relations activities, customer outreach events, and onsite or remote meetings, including setup and breakdown. Create and maintain troubleshooting procedures, equipment documentation, and end-user training materials. Coordinate equipment delivery and installation with internal teams and vendors while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of experience in the setup, support and maintenance of audio / visual equipment including LCD/LED TV's, projectors and PA Systems. 1+ years of experience in the setup, support and maintenance of multifunctional printers, scanners, and plotters. 1+ years of experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and email. What Sets You Apart: Associates Degree A+ Certification, Networking + Certification Basic knowledge in the field of Audio / Visual Basic Knowledge in the field of reprographics Familiar with working in a tiered support structure organization. Ability to follow directions and analyze problems to deliver results. Basic knowledge of PC Networking concepts and terminology, with a familiarity of Windows Active Directory.
