What You'll Do: Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for Information Technology (IT) hardware and software. Basic technical certification, hardware repair, component level knowledge, operation systems (Windows, Unix/Linux, and application knowledge, troubleshooting techniques Install and configure network devices (network printers, scanners, plotters, Personal Computers). Troubleshoot problems with network printing and scanning devices. Perform data termination/ activation in telecommunication closets aka network connect (activation of data drops). Assist in the relocation of customer employees on the facility (move Personal Computers and activate data drops in new location). Troubleshoot network issues with Personal Computers and Local Area Network (LAN) (duplex mismatches, duplicate Internet Protocols, corrupt firewall software, proxy configuration issues) Set up and configure Personal Computer's Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of experience with deploying assets, troubleshooting, and Personal Computer refreshes Minimum 2 years of technical experience consisting of hardware repair Minimum 2 years of technical experience consisting of operation systems such as Windows What Sets You Apart: Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and drug screen.
