APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Lead the implementation of data management practices, providing guidance and training to business and technology stakeholders. Facilitate data management working groups and support the identification of critical data elements, metadata, and data quality requirements. Monitor data quality and compliance using key performance and risk indicators, and coordinate remediation of data-related issues. Analyze large data sets to generate actionable insights and demonstrate effective use of data management and business intelligence tools. Support data risk management by adhering to regulatory requirements, internal controls, audit standards, and established risk policies. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 9+ years of experience in coordinating cross-functional teams at various levels. Minimum 9+ years of experience with Amperity. Minimum 9+ years of experience in SQL. Minimum 9+ years of experience in Data Governance. What Sets You Apart: Bachelor's Degree. Master's Degree. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated analytical ability. Creative problem-solving skills. Good project management leadership. Proficiency in the use of spreadsheets, graphing, and presentations with a working knowledge of financial models. Knowledge of data management practices and Bank products, systems and workflows. Knowledge of process improvement methodology and business process management techniques. Proficient in pertinent project and presentation software. Basic SQL programming knowledge. Marketing Campaign Experience.
