Carbon Career & Technical Institute is seeking a motivated and organized Instructional Aide to support our Graphic Design and Engineering Technology programs. As an Instructional Aide, you will work closely with instructors and students to create an engaging learning environment while supporting daily classroom operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young adults, possesses strong computer and organizational skills, and has experience or education related to graphic design, STEM, engineering, or technology fields.

Key Responsibilities
Assist instructors with classroom activities, projects, and daily instruction.
Provide individual and small-group support to students in Graphic Design and Engineering Technology programs.
Help prepare, organize, and maintain instructional materials, equipment, and technology resources.
Support students in the use of computers, design software, and technology-based learning tools.
Monitor student progress and encourage engagement in classroom activities.
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive learning environment.
Assist with administrative and recordkeeping tasks as needed.
Promote positive student behavior and professional workplace skills.

Qualifications
High school diploma required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience or training in graphic design, STEM, engineering, technology, or related fields strongly preferred.
Excellent computer, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with high school students.
Ability to work collaboratively with instructors, staff, and administration.
