Responsibilities and Impact

• Lead and execute marketing campaigns and workstreams from end-to-end, demonstrating strong ownership and delivering results on schedule with minimal supervision.
• Develop and implement audience-centric communication strategies, crafting experiences that deeply understand and cater to user needs.
• Uncover compelling angles and develop powerful messaging, taking the lead in storytelling rather than simply delegating.
• Contribute to brand development, including art direction and hands-on production, to meet evolving design requirements.
• Translate complex or data-heavy information into clear, engaging, and accessible content for a broad, non-technical audience.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8 - 10 Years of experience in marketing management and campaign execution.
• Proven ability to own workstreams and deliver results independently.
• Demonstrated audience-first mindset and experiential thinking in developing communications.
• Exceptional creative thinking and storytelling capabilities, with a knack for developing compelling messaging.
• Comfortable with brand development, art direction, and hands-on production.
• A strong aptitude for data-driven communication, capable of simplifying technical subject matter.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
