What You'll Do

This role is at the heart of our marketing operations, ensuring that every campaign and project runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be a key player in coordinating projects from inception to delivery, maintaining meticulous timelines, and tracking all deliverables. Your impact will be felt across various initiatives as you:

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of marketing projects from kickoff through delivery.
• Maintain project timelines, schedules, action items, and status trackers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements, deliverables, and approvals are completed on time.
• Facilitate project meetings, capture notes, and track follow-up actions.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify scheduling conflicts, risks, or blockers for escalation.
• Prepare and distribute project status updates and reporting for stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation is organized, current, and compliant with established processes.
• Support resource coordination and workload visibility across multiple concurrent projects.
• Assist in establishing project management workflows and standards.
• Partner with Manager on prioritization of project requests and support.
• Coordinate the production, fulfillment, and distribution of marketing materials to support business initiatives and campaign execution.
• Manage production assets, inventory, and operational workflows to ensure materials are accurate, available, and delivered on schedule.
• Review production specifications and deliverables to maintain quality, consistency, and alignment with business requirements.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support production planning, issue resolution, and execution of marketing programs.
• Maintain production documentation, tracking systems, and reporting to support efficient operations and continuous process improvement.
• Support day-to-day marketing operations through project coordination, administrative support, and execution of production-related activities.

What You'll Bring

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, campaign execution, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working in a corporate, marketing, retail, or agency environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with a proven ability in project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective stakeholder management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-standard project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira, or similar).
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability in cross-functional collaboration and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
