APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Partner with business leaders to understand short- and long-term requirements, recommend technology solutions, and build strong client relationships. Lead and oversee complex projects, including requirements analysis, functional specifications, testing, system enhancements, regulatory initiatives, and application releases. Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned applications, providing guidance on functionality, solution design, testing, risk considerations, and production support. Identify opportunities to improve application performance and effectiveness by recommending new technologies, processes, policies, and procedures. Mentor and develop team members while collaborating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and professional organizations to deliver effective technology solutions. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 10 years of experience in operational/business analytics/systems development. Minimum 10 years of experience in large system enhancements, conversions and production problem resolution Minimum 10 years of experience in Large-scale program delivery Minimum 10 years of experience in coordinating upstream/downstream application dependencies Minimum 10 years of experience in Risk, issue, dependency, and decision management What Sets You Apart: Bachelors Degree Complete understanding of the system development life cycle. Familiarity with application development support software and hardware platforms. Extensive application, product knowledge experience with skills, application(s) and functions of the technology area being led. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent time management skills. Excellent lateral thinking skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Understanding of multiple business areas functions. Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature. SME understanding of applications supported with an advanced knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications. Mastered knowledge and focus of the entire system and support projects outside of normal BAU. Ability to effectively use project management, word processing and spreadsheet applications. Good understanding of the Bank's application framework. Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms. Ability to assert ideas and gain support and commitment from others. Ability to encourage teamwork and serve as role model when leading and directing others. Ability to understand technical, business and operational impacts of a project or problem.
