Multimedia Coordinator

This position will support the communications, publications, marketing, branding, and
special event efforts of the university. Duties are expected to include, but not be limited to, performing a variety of photo and video assignments, managing photo and digital assets in the university’s digital asset management system, and capturing and producing video and photos in a compelling way to tell the SUNY Plattsburgh story. Every day in this role will be different and unique, and will serve the flow of campus life and the real-time messaging of the student experience. With a heavy emphasis on photo, video, and social media content, this individual will be expected to have a truly creative eye and to make original, boundary-pushing work to differentiate our university from our peers.
The Department of Marketing team at SUNY Plattsburgh is the campus hub for communications, social media, digital engagement, storytelling, graphic design, and brand standards.
