Wal-Mart is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Pharmacy Technology Modernization & Special Projects in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to defining & identifying product req'mts for pharm. tchnlgy modernization initiatives, translating bus., operational, & compliance needs into structured functional specs for tchnlgy teams. Master's or equiv in CS, IT, Eng'g (Any), or rel. fld + 2 yrs of exp in product mgmt or rel. fld; OR Bachelor's or equiv in CS, IT, Eng'g (Any), or rel. fld + 4 yrs of exp in product mgmt or a rel. fld. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Evaluative research methodologies such as surveys & competitive analysis to gather qualitative findings & identify innovation opportunities; Applying synthesis techniques (e.g., clustering, matrixes) using tools like Miro to identify patterns, priorities, & insights; Practicing agile dvlpmt methods such as Scrum & Kanban to continuously improve products.
