Staff Solution Consultant

Wal-Mart is seeking a Staff Solution Consultant in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to dvlp'g bus. cases for proj's w/ projected return on investment or cost savings; & translating bus. req'mts into proj's, activities, & tasks in alignment w/ overall bus. strategy. Bachelor's or equiv in CS, Mgmt, Eng'g (any), or rel. fld + 4 yrs of exp in SW eng'g or rel. fld; OR Master's or equiv in CS, Mgmt, Eng'g (any), or rel. fld + 2 yrs of exp in SW eng'g or rel. fld. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: Coordinating & overseeing activities rel. to SAP Success Factors projects by bld'g & maintaining strong relationships w/ cross-functional & bus. teams; Dsgn'g & dvlp'g comprehensive end-to-end data mapping btwn SAP Success Factors & downstream/upstream systs by enabling seamless master data integration, ensuring data flow accuracy, & significantly enhancing overall syst efficiency; Performing req'mts gathering & analysis by applying in-depth knowl of traceability matrices, risk & cost analysis, bus. goals, req'mt categorization, & user story frameworks to assess SAP Success Factors' relevance to customer needs.
