Mass General Brigham Community Anesthesiology is seeking an experienced anesthesiologist to serve as Chief and Medical Director of Anesthesiology at Cooley Dickinson Hospital (CDH) in Northampton, Massachusetts.

This is an opportunity to assume meaningful physician leadership while continuing to practice in a highly collaborative community hospital environment. The role reports to both the President and Chief Operating Officer of Cooley Dickinson Hospital and the MGB Chair of Anesthesiology and is part of the broader Mass General Brigham integrated anesthesiology service line.

Cooley Dickinson offers something increasingly difficult to find: the relationships and influence of a community-based practice with the connection and resources of a major health system. MGB describes Cooley Dickinson as combining high-quality local care with the resources of Mass General Brigham while maintaining the familiarity of a community hospital.

  • Representing Cooley Dickinson in broader MGB Anesthesiology initiatives
  • Helping shape the future team through leading recruitment, hiring, managing and mentoring anesthesiologists and CRNAs
