Simulator Operator

Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Simulator Operator to join our team in support of the E-3 Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development (CWD) program at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. This role requires operating E-3 mission crew training simulators, supporting instructional events, and maintaining operator qualification and training records. Core Duties:

* Operate and support all three Mission Crew Training System simulators for scheduled training events

* Configure simulator systems, databases, communications, and scenario inputs in accordance with approved event requirements

* Coordinate with instructors and exercise directors before, during, and after events to support training objectives

* Monitor simulator performance, identify anomalies, and document or elevate technical issues for resolution

* Qualify and maintain currency under the contractor-created, Government-approved training program

* Complete annual performance evaluations and maintain training records in accordance with applicable Air Force requirements
