Role Description & Responsibilities As the DS Government Solutions Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of Client Executives focused on growth accounts in the Department of War (DoW) and federal government procurement space. You and the GS Sales team will be responsible in identifying, qualifying and efficiently bringing sales opportunities to successful conclusion in active and prospective clients in the DoW, Department of Energy, Missile Defense Agency, Federal Aviation Administration, and various other government agencies. Key focus areas are new customer acquisition and expansion in the existing GS software footprint. The Sales Director is also responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and personal involvement in customer relationships in order to remain consistent with GS and Dassault Systems business principles. The role will include devising and executing strategies to significantly grow the Dassault Systemes complete life sciences portfolio and building and managing C-Suite relationships. Qualifications 10 or more years of experience in the Department of War and or Federal procurement and acquisition systems Management experience of a team of high-level sales professionals with responsibility for driving bookings and revenue within the Government Solutions Territory. Consistent attainment of all revenue and booking targets within Government Solutions, per targets based on position referenced above. Development and execution of strategic sales plans as they relate to specific opportunities and accounts within Government Solutions. Represent Government Solutions in the Department of War and the US Federal space in a manner consistent with company business principles and ethics. Directly responsible for working with Client Executives and customers to enable closing sales transactions with clients and prospects. Coordination of resources within sales and other departments in order to achieve objectives. Maintain and update sales plans, strategies, and account and opportunity data within company systems as directed. Compensation & Benefits Dassault Systemes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $262600 and $355900, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
