We are seeking a Data Management Specialist to oversee the receipt, storage, submission, and archiving of contractual data deliverables. This role ensures all deliverables are accurate, compliant, and submitted on schedule. The ideal candidate has experience interpreting contract requirements and working with data management systems in defense or engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate contract requirement documents, including Statements of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Document Summary Lists (DSLs)
• Process, track, and submit deliverables using tools such as TopVue and WindChill
• Verify all submissions meet contractual formatting, quality, and timeline requirements
• Maintain logs, records, version histories, and compliance documentation
• Monitor deliverable deadlines and provide status updates to leadership and program teams
• Support audits, technical reviews, and customer engagements related to contract data requirements

Required

• BS or BA degree
• 3 years of experience in data management
• Experience working with SOWs, CDRLs, and DSLs in a government or DoD contracting environment
• Experience with Configuration Control Boards and Engineering Change documentation (ECO/ERR)
• Familiarity with TopVue, WindChill, and Azure DevOps
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of MIL HDBK 61B, EIA 649 1A, ISO 9001:2015
• Knowledge of DODM 5010.12 and DODI 5230.24 related to managing and distributing technical data
• Must have an in-scope DOW secret security clearance
