- 10 years of extensive experience in architecting TDM solutions, TDM strategy, and artifact preparation.
- Experience with any industry-standard TDM tool.
- TDM Automation experience.
- Good client interfacing skills.
- Utility domain knowledge.
- Very good communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Expertise in defining and implementing comprehensive Test Data Management (TDM) solutions aligned with project requirements.
- Expertise in developing Test Data Management strategies, test plans, estimations, and implementing TDM solutions.
- Expertise in establishing TDM frameworks, governance standards, and best practices for efficient data provisioning.
- Expertise in configuring industry-standard TDM tools for data masking, sub-setting, and test data generation.
- Experience in designing and implementing TDM automation scripts and workflows to streamline data provisioning and reduce manual effort.
- Ability to act as the primary point of contact for client discussions related to TDM requirements, solutions, and progress.
- Ability to conduct workshops, demos, and presentations to explain TDM strategies and secure stakeholder buy-in.
