Position Title: Material Handler
Wage: $18.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm Join a fast-paced warehouse team in Marion, IA as a Material Handler! This hands-on role is perfect for someone with forklift experience who enjoys staying active, stacking and staging pallets, pulling orders, and keeping warehouse operations moving smoothly. Material Handler Responsibilities: - Stack, unstack, organize, and stage pallets in designated warehouse areas - Pull and prepare orders for route delivery using pick sheets or scan guns - Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently - Load trailers while maintaining proper weight distribution and product stability - Verify lot numbers, quantities, and product condition and report discrepancies or damage - Complete load paperwork and assist with inventory counts and stock rotation - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Requirements for Material Handler: - High school diploma or GED - Valid driver's license - Previous warehouse and forklift experience preferred - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment - Strong attention to detail and basic math skills - Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift - Ability to frequently lift up to 55 lbs IND091 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
