Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to read and follow work instructions, production documentation, and quality procedures Willingness to complete hands-on training for trimming, inspection, safety, and quality standards Experience Requirements Manufacturing, production, assembly, or plastics molding experience preferred but not required Experience performing repetitive production tasks with a high level of accuracy Ability to follow standardized work instructions and maintain production records Quality inspection experience is a plus Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to identify and report molding defects, including excess flash and quality concerns Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently while maintaining production standards Strong communication skills and willingness to provide feedback for process improvements Familiarity with ISO quality standards and manufacturing environments is beneficial Physical Capabilities Ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements throughout the shift Capable of maintaining focus on detailed trimming work for extended periods Ability to sit, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Job Duties Trim molded plastic components to meet customer and quality specifications Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and production documentation requirements Inspect finished components and identify excess flash, defects, or quality issues Provide consistent feedback regarding flash creep and molding concerns to support production quality Accurately complete production and inspection documentation Assist the Trimming Lead by providing feedback on work instructions and process improvements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support molding production goals by working efficiently and meeting quality expectations Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures at all times Participate in training related to trimming processes, inspection procedures, safety practices, and quality standards Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
