The Sr. Sales Enablement Consultant is a vital role to achieve growth goals within the Medicare Sales organization. The incumbent will have two primary areas of focus, program leadership and Medicare Sales Subject Matter Expertise (SME). The Sr. Sales Enablement Consultant will be accountable for end-to-end program leadership including project strategy, leadership of cross-functional teams, budget ownership and executive reports of several critical growth initiatives. The incumbent will provide leadership and consultation to a matrixed team to ensure goals and objectives are understood, tracked and reported. In addition, the Sr. Sales Enablement Consultant will be a thought leader and SME for Competitive Intelligence, sales and membership data analysis/synthetization as well as performance metric reporting and dashboards. The incumbent will also develop and deliver sales-related presentations to the Medicare leadership team. Job duties include but are not limited to: o Project strategy and socialization o Lead project kick-off calls, work-sessions, and status meetings o Development and maintenance of project artifacts such as Charters, SIPOC, RACI, Timelines, Project Plans and Lessons Learned o Lead requirements sessions and act as a liaison between business requirements and systems development work o Financial scoping and tracking o Provide leadership to a matrixed team to ensure goals are understood and achieved o Deliver updates as required to varying levels of leadership o Performance vs Plan o Regional performance o Sales channel performance and effectiveness o Product and or plan performance and effectiveness o Key insights, trends and opportunities o Provide consultative input / thought leadership o Glean competitive insights o Distribute relevant and key updates across the Sales Organization Job Requirements: Preferred: This position offers a hybrid work arrangement which combines flexibility with in-office engagement. Team schedules are determined based on role requirements and business needs. Travel to and from our corporate or regional offices may be required. Annualized Salary Range: $109,300 - $177,600 Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $109,300 - $136,600 Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
