Infor's Global Professional Services organization is transforming how enterprise software implementations and customer delivery are executed through AI, automation, and modern digital delivery practices. As the Skills Transformation Specialist you will define and execute the workforce strategy required to build a future-ready consulting organization.
This leader will partner with Professional Services, Transformation, Product, and Innovation leaders to identify emerging capabilities, build role-based development programs, and prepare the workforce for evolving delivery models. The role will help shape how consulting services are delivered in the future by aligning workforce capabilities with business strategy, customer outcomes, and advancements in AI-enabled delivery.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
  • Define and execute a global skills transformation strategy aligned with AI, automation, innovation, and evolving delivery models
  • Partner with Professional Services, Transformation, and Product leaders to identify future workforce capabilities and emerging role requirements
  • Develop and implement role-based learning, upskilling, and reskilling programs across a global consulting organization
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools, digital solutions, and modern delivery practices that improve delivery effectiveness and customer outcomes
  • Establish and track workforce readiness metrics, skills maturity indicators, and business-impact KPIs
  • Lead change management efforts that support organizational adoption of new delivery methods, technologies, and ways of working
  • Collaborate with global leaders across North America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific to align workforce planning with strategic business priorities

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience leading large-scale workforce transformation, talent enablement, organizational effectiveness, or skills development initiatives
  • Experience developing and executing enterprise-wide change management strategies across global organizations
  • Experience applying artificial intelligence, generative AI, automation, or digital technologies within a business, consulting, or enterprise environment
  • Experience partnering with senior executives to define workforce strategies that support long-term business objectives
  • Experience establishing measurable outcomes, workforce metrics, and performance indicators tied to business results
  • Experience working within consulting, professional services, enterprise software, or digital transformation environments
  • Must be willing to work three days per week in the Atlanta office
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading skills transformation initiatives within a Professional Services organization
  • Experience supporting global delivery organizations that include offshore or distributed teams
  • Experience designing future-state operating models and workforce strategies for AI-enabled service delivery
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP), cloud software, or digital transformation programs
  • Experience building workforce readiness frameworks, capability models, or skills taxonomies
  • Advanced degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Technology, or a related field
