Location: Fort Mill, SC

Pay Rate: $15 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Looking for Material Handler jobs in Fort Mill where every shift keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you handle materials safely, support warehouse operations, and help ensure inventory reaches the right place at the right time.

• Repack products by removing items from existing packaging and placing them into new packaging
• Load and unload materials using manual and powered industrial equipment
• Stack merchandise onto pallets
• Ensure all materials are accurately labeled
• Prepare materials with shrink wrap and/or strapping to prevent damage during transportation
• Perform quality inspections and complete required documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with annual inventory counts

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• 2 years of experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits.
• 1 year of forklift experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Repack Associate.
• Basic mathematical abilities.
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule.

Physical Capabilities

• Stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
