Primary Purpose of the Organization:
The Federal Work Study Program is designed to provide financial aid resources through part-time employment for students having documented financial need for assistance in meeting their educational expenses. The program must be a supplement to existing aid for students, thereby increasing part-time job opportunities throughout the campus.

The Division of Legal, Audit, Risk and Compliance (LARC) assists Fayetteville State University in carrying out its mission by managing its ethical, legal, and regulatory responsibilities. The Division consists of the following units: Legal, Internal Audit, Title IX and Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management.

Job Description: We need at least 1 entry-level paralegal who will provide compliance, assistance and litigation support. We need at least 1 compliance assistant who will support us primarily in public records and non-immigration employment issues as well as other compliance concerns.
Job requirements: Must be a current or former Judge Ola M. Lewis Pre-Law Scholar.

Job Description:The student will assist with office operations, outreach efforts, training events, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing electronic and paper records. Support the preparation of training materials, presentations, and educational programs. Assist with updating office forms, and informational materials. Welcome visitors and provide general office assistance. Assist with campus outreach events and awareness campaigns related to compliance, Title IX, and Protection of Minors on Campus programs. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Job requirements: Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
Relevant Majors: Criminal Justice, Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, Legal Studies, Communications, or related fields. Other majors with strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills are encouraged to apply.
