Why This Role Matters

  • The Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping and advancing products and services within our Payment Integrity and Revenue Integrity solution portfolio. This role exists to translate customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives into solutions that create measurable value, strengthen our competitive position, and support long-term growth.
  • Working across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other key functions, you will guide products through their full lifecycle, from concept and validation to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. Serving as the voice of the customer, you will leverage market insights, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback to ensure our solutions address evolving healthcare challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products and services, aligning priorities with customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
  • Lead products through the full lifecycle, from ideation and validation through development, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
  • Translate customer, stakeholder, and market insights into clear product requirements and priorities that enable cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate product discovery, prototype concepts, improve collaboration, and bring ideas to market more efficiently.
  • Partner with engineering, product ownership, design, operations, sales, marketing, customer success, legal, pricing, and finance teams to successfully develop and launch new products and enhancements.
  • Evaluate market trends, competitive intelligence, product performance, customer feedback, and financial considerations to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Champion the voice of the customer while serving as the market expert and strategic advocate for assigned products and solutions.
  • Drive successful product launches by ensuring business readiness through training, communications, documentation, operational processes, and supporting resources.

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in product management or a related healthcare, business, product, or technology role.
  • Experience supporting healthcare Payment Integrity, Revenue Integrity, cost containment, or related healthcare solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and roadmaps and translate business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, customer insights, and financial considerations to inform product decisions and business cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and build alignment among business and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate product vision, business requirements, technical concepts, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies to support ideation, prototyping, stakeholder collaboration, or product development.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret business, technical, legal, and financial information and translate findings into actionable product decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within healthcare Payment Integrity, Revenue Integrity, or healthcare cost-containment solutions.
  • Experience with product management and collaboration tools such as Aha!, Confluence, Miro, and Jira.
  • Experience applying design-thinking principles, rapid prototyping, or other customer-centered product development methodologies.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, product demonstrations, or cross-functional learning events.
  • Experience contributing to go-to-market strategies, marketing initiatives, customer proposals, or strategic business projects.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data privacy requirements and HIPAA regulations.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $110,000-$160,000.

Actual compensation is based on experience, skills, education, work location, and internal equity. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation and the comprehensive benefits outlined in the My Total Value section. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) program, and bonus opportunities.
