This position will serve a vital role with the Client Services Team in the Office of the Registrar.
We are recruiting for one part-time wage position. The position will be a year-round, part-time position with no benefits, working an average of 29 hours per week (1,500 hours a year) over the course of a calendar year. Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist with answering phones, emails, and providing customer service coverage to our front desk * Process transcript orders and assist current and former students with placing transcript orders * Enter data into the PeopleSoft Student Administration System while ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy * Scanning documents into OnBase (document retention system) * Work closely with students, faculty, staff, and parents/families * Performs back-up duties for other team members as needed * Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor, or designee Qualifications: Required: * Must have prior customer service experience, including phone, email, and in-person * Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel * Must have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work * Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work, and multitask * Experience with working independently and within a team
Additional Considerations: * Knowledge of PeopleSoft Student Administration System * Knowledge or experience with FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) Additional Posting Information: Conditions of Employment: Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check.
