We are seeking a dynamic individual to become a subject matter expert in customer journey orchestration, driving awareness and engagement through flawlessly executed multi-channel communications. You will be instrumental in shaping day-to-day operational workflows, collaborating across strategy, product, engineering, and business teams to bring innovative communication strategies to life. What You'll Do



  • Develop, test, and deploy sophisticated customer journeys, meticulously assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities, and data needs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate and communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders on complex, large-scale global projects, ensuring operational plans, deliverables, and risks are meticulously addressed and aligned.
  • Optimize campaign performance through rigorous A/B testing, driving incremental growth and continuous program improvement across all initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance for operational integrity, proactively identifying and communicating issues to internal teams for swift resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Identify key opportunities to enhance campaign performance, streamline operational efficiency, improve processes, and refine product tooling to elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks, serving as an invaluable reference and training resource for the team and fostering a culture of continuous learning.


What You'll Bring



  • 5-7 years of hands-on lifecycle marketing experience, with a proven track record of building and launching successful acquisition and engagement initiatives.
  • Proficiency with leading CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, or Oracle Responsys.
  • A high aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking, enabling you to navigate complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality projects with precision.
  • A proactive, thoughtful, and resourceful innovator with a willingness to tackle ambiguity and overcome roadblocks, consistently seeking improvements.
  • The ability to react calmly to unexpected challenges, devise effective contingency plans, make sound judgment calls, and pivot as needed under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • A strong team player mentality, consistently considering the impact of your work on partners and fostering collaborative success across departments.
  • Effective communication skills across all mediums, from instant messaging and email to formal presentations, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience with SQL.
