Our Company StepStone Family & Youth Services Overview StepStone Family & Youth Services provides trauma informed, youth centered services to children and families with complex emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. The Therapist plays a vital role in providing individualized clinical services that promote healing, emotional well-being, stability, and positive outcomes for youth and families. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist who is passionate about supporting children and families through trauma informed, strengths based, and family centered practices. This role is ideal for a clinical professional who values relationship building, collaboration, advocacy, and providing individualized therapeutic support to youth who have experienced trauma and other significant life challenges. The Therapist is responsible for completing clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing individual and family therapy, delivering crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support, and maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation. This position collaborates closely with youth, families, case managers, foster families, schools, community providers, and multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure services are coordinated and responsive to each individual's needs. The ideal candidate is empathetic, adaptable, clinically focused, and solutions oriented, with a strong commitment to providing high quality, trauma informed therapeutic services that empower youth and families, strengthen relationships, and promote long term healing, stability, and success. Additional Job Information Our position follows a hybrid work structure where employees may work remotely at home or in the community as well as from the office, based on the demands of specific tasks. Working from the office is encouraged for tasks that require a high degree of collaboration. The population being at-risk youth, therapy sessions will primarily occur outside of school hours, unless otherwise indicated by the youth's treatment plan. | |||||||
