What You'll Do:
- Lead and contribute to systems analysis, application design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation for projects ranging from small enhancements to complex initiatives.
- Translate business and technical requirements into effective, scalable solutions while maintaining a strong understanding of supported applications and business processes.
- Coordinate development activities, provide technical direction, and mentor or oversee less experienced team members across project work.
- Develop technical project plans, specifications, assessments, test plans, and system documentation, ensuring alignment with development standards and procedures.
- Partner with technology, operations, business, and vendor teams to evaluate solutions, improve application performance, identify technology opportunities, and address risks or regulatory requirements.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis/application development
- Minimum 7 years of experience in coordinating between Applications and business units.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in recommending and implementing systems solutions.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in driving project milestones and delivery dates.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in.NET C# development, REST API, Java
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Azure Functions, Durable Functions, App Services, Monitor, App Insights, Infrastructure
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SQL (MSSQL, AzureSQL)

- Associate Degree
- Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms.
- Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent project management, word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting to the target audience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong lateral thinking skills.
- Good understanding of the Bank's application framework.
- Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported.
- Advanced understanding of applications supported with a sound knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
- Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects.
- Action-oriented.
- Pro-active.
- Advanced knowledge and focus of the entire system to work on projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU).
