Work Schedule:
100% FTE, day shift position. General schedule will be Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 4:00PM. Daily Schedule may shift based on department needs. You will work at multiple UW Health locations in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Radiology Supervisor to:

  • Plan and oversee all operational aspects and activities for assigned sections/modalities, locations and support areas.
  • Supervise all day-to-day operations including the delivery of care, patient satisfaction, human resource management, equipment oversight and process improvement activities.
  • Participate in planning efforts involving space, equipment, staff, systems, services, supplies, budgeting and financial management and future programs and services
  • Ensure that imaging operations are in compliance with prescribed departmental and organizational policies, procedures and strategic values, as well as regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of school of Radiologic Technology or from a school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 2 years of relevant clinical experience Required
  • 3 years of relevant clinical experience Preferred
  • 1 year of relevant clinical experience in a leadership role Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Certification by appropriate Radiology/Medical Imaging body through American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Upon Hire Required or
  • Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) Upon Hire Required or
  • American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) Upon Hire Required or
  • American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Upon Hire Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required
  • Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) Preferred
