Your Job

KAES is seeking a highly motivated Settlement Supervisor to lead AR and settlement operations, strengthen cash flow visibility, improve working capital performance, and support a positive customer experience. This role will help advance technology-enabled transformation by applying economic thinking, operational discipline, automation, and data-driven insights to improve receivables' performance, reduce risk, and create long-term value.

The Settlement Supervisor will partner with customers, commercial teams, Treasury Operations, Credit, and internal stakeholders to resolve receivables, execute accurate settlements, strengthen controls, and modernize processes through automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.

Our Team

Our Settlements team is part of Treasury Operations and is responsible for cash movements, liquidity support, settlements, risk management, and financial controls. We partner with commercial, accounting, operations, and banking teams to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient financial transactions that support business growth.

As part of KAES, this role will help transform how work is performed by leveraging automation, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, strengthen cash flow visibility, and support better decision-making across Treasury and Settlement functions.

What You Will Do

  • Build, coach, and a develop a team responsible for accounts receivable and collections activities to ensure timely and accurate cash application and account resolution.
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve issues, manage receivables, mitigate collection risk, maintain strong relationships, and deliver mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Lead technology-enabled improvements by using automation, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies to modernize settlement processes, reporting, and operational decision-making.
  • Ensure settlement processes meet internal control expectations while proactively identifying and communicating risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in treasury operations, cash management, settlements, accounts receivable, banking operations, or related finance functions
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Experience using data analytics, reporting tools, automation, or technology solutions
  • Experience working with financial systems, banking platforms, ERP systems, or treasury management systems

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Curiosity, ownership, and economic thinking - the ability to analyze data, translate findings into actionable business insights, and communicate and collaborate effectively while challenging the status quo to drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing cash positioning, cash forecasting, treasury operations, or settlement activities - including customer, commodity, or trade settlements and large-volume financial transactions.
  • Supervising, mentoring, and developing team members in a finance or operations environment, and leading teams through system implementations, process redesign, and operational change while strengthening accountability and controls.
  • Data visualization, reporting, automation, or AI-enabled tools (Power BI, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, Copilot, or similar) to improve operational visibility, transform how work is performed, and foster a culture of collaboration and customer service excellence.
